The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful! They have the perfect location- close to the beaches. Everything is new and clean and they offer tea and coffee for free. I can 100% recommend a stay at the hummus hostel. They also rescued a little bird, called Falafel :)

Ideally located in the centre of Galle, Tanty’s Hostel offers free WiFi, a garden and free private parking for guests who drive. The bed is amazing and there is a lot of stuff to do. Even on a rainy day you don't get bored! There is a possibility to cook your own meal and that is really nice

Located in Hikkaduwa, 20 km from Galle International Cricket Stadium, TheLakeHostel provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Awesome place! Great staff, and many other nice travelers. It's a super cozy place to stay that feels exactly like home the minute you arrive. Everybody functions like a little family hanging out and talking to each other. Free bikes (or motobike rentals) to get into town, free canoe to explore the lake. I really loved it here. The location is truly awesome even if it's 15mins bike away from the city. No regrets. We were here 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. Definitely one of the highlights of my entire Sri Lanka trip.

It was a great location only 200m from the main beach and the staff was very friendly and they organized community activities with their hostel guest so always something to do,and the breakfast was included and very traditional and good all in all a very comfortable and nice stay

Wifi was enough to work. Food was plenty and tasty. Room was comfortable and had an opening in the roof, so it was quite creative.

This hostel is so clean and beautiful very chilled in a good location. Sam the owner made the experience though, he couldn’t have been more helpful he helped us with everything we needed and went above and beyond. Such a gorgeous experience.

Set in Midigama, within 600 metres of Midigama Beach and 1.5 km of Dammala Beach, Aldea bleu offers accommodation with a garden and as well as free private parking for guests who drive. All the facilities were really good. Akshay is a legend and helped me out with anything I needed. He spent time taking me to all the local spots to go surfing and explore. Also, helped introduce me to other travellers in the area to ensure I got the most out of my experience. His laidback nature meant I felt really comfortable the entire stay.

The guys are doing it great. They try to include everyone in the group. It's a social and chill hostel that go partying eveywhere else so it's perfect. If you feel like party you join if you don't feel like partying you stay in the nicest common areas talking and having a tea with others. They have daily activities to make it like a family
