"This hostel impressed me from the start with the warm welcome from the staff. They speak English well, and the place is clean. Outside the hostel, there's a stunning view of Mount Fuji. It's also conveniently located near the station, making travel easy. What impressed me the most here is that we forgot something at the hostel when we're now in Tokyo, but when we contacted the hostel, the staff coordinated and had it sent to our hotel in Tokyo."

Hostel Mt. Fuji - FUKUYA opnaði í maí 2016 og er staðsett í Fujiyoshida, 1,4 km frá Fujikyu Highland. Gekkoji-stöðin er í 450 metra fjarlægð og Fujisan-stöðin er í 1 km fjarlægð. Perfectly well located at 10 minute walks away from the station and hot photography locations. Staff was extremely welcoming and helped guide to local restaurants and places to see.

Excellent, it was a wonderful experience to stay there, we like the Japanese style room with tatami room, and have a sight of mount fuji from our window view. And the location is near by Shimoyoshida Street just 3min walk with not crowded and have a clearly mount fuji view in the early morning. Kindly and polite host to guide us. We are not regret to stay here.

Situated in Fujikawaguchiko, 八-Hachi- Accommodation has free bikes, garden, shared lounge, and free WiFi throughout the property. Best hostel I’ve stayed at. Spacious rooms, great staff, free bikes, comfy beds, great showers. Would definitely come back

Dot Hostel&Bar 富士山 is located in Fujikawaguchiko. With a shared lounge, the property also has a bar. American breakfast is available. It is just a few minutes walk to Kawaguchi Lake & Oishi Park so the location couldn’t be more convenient. Was my first time staying in a hostel, but you couldn’t be more safe than in a hostel in Japan. My pod was super clean and so is the rest of the place. It is well equipped, even more so than our last hotel. There’s laundry, a shared kitchen and on site food for order as well as a bar. I was really impressed how clean the showers and toilets were (separate rooms). Male and female showers and toilets are also separated. All the guests are super quiet and respectful. It’s very family friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone. The value is exceptional! Payed $43 cad pp for a mixed bunk room dormitory.

The location was ideal, room amd facilities were clean and tidy and value for it all was great. I would definitely recommend staying here. Do note there are steep stairs up to the rooms if you have large suitcases.
