Wonderful all day, especially early in the morning and at sunset. Great restaurants and Atami Ginza as well as an amusement area close to the river all within a few minutes walking. The Japanese style room was minimalist but very nice and generous. The host was really charming and I would have stayed two weeks longer there but had to return to Germany.

Perfect location if you are looking for nice place before and after going to Mt. Fuji. A couple blocks away from the train/bus stations, too.
