Otaornai Backpacker's Hostel Morinoki ligger i Hokkaido Otaru og er gratis og uafhængigt rejsende. Ikke godt for lille gruppe eller familie. Such a cozy place. It is such a pity that I did not join breakfast and missed the chance to have a conversation with local and international people.

The hotel staff is very polite, they told us about the attractions and answered accompanying questions.

遊悠館 is set in Chitose, within 35 km of Shin-Sapporo Station and 44 km of Sapporo Station. Featuring a shared lounge, the 2-star hostel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. Price, location and staff always smiling and friendly. Room is clean, good WiFi, has refrigerator, safebox, hairdryer, everything you need for your stay, even a pyjama. Location is next to 7-11 so you can buy anything. Walking distance to Chitose Station is about 15 mins where you can get a train to the airport.

HELIO HOSTEL SAPPORO har en praktisk beliggenhed i Sapporos centrum, 13 km fra Shin-Sapporo Station, 20 km fra Otarushi Zenibakos centrum og 36 km fra Otaru Station. The cabin space is more like a mini room. The space on top of your bed is actually a half partitioned storage area for your luggage. So you get a semi-open area and excellent space (can even stand). Amenities like towels, toothbrush and toothpaste, disposable slippers etc are all provided. You have 2 indoor lounge areas. One is the common area nearby the shower and restroom. Another is the 24h accessible larger cafe area (use the same access card) which is more suitable for study/reading. I utilized both while watching the snow falls in Sapporo. Not gonna lie, it has a very nice vibe 😁. Elevator is available and fast enough. Convenience store right beside it. Multi level parking lots just right across the building. Roughly 1 block away from the tram line, and 3 min walk to Odori park. Close enough to the nightlife in Susukino. Just excellent location. Coin washer + dryer works well and available 24h. There's also a separate section for women to shower and prep in the common area.

Guest House Matsuyoshi ligger i Lake Toya, 6,7 km fra søen Toya og 37 km fra Muroran. Der tilbydes indkvartering med fælles opholdsstue og gratis wi-fi samt gratis privat parkering for gæster i bil. The communication with the owner was very easy and I always received a fast reply. The rooms were clean and the Tatami mats and fouton beds very comfortable. All shared rooms were very clean as well! Highly recommend this place.
