Au Petit chez Soi is situated on the beachfront in Cassis, 400 metres from Grande Mer and 700 metres from Bestouan. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Anne-Marie was a friendly, helpful, welcoming host with lots of information about Calanques National Park and all the beaches in the area. She is a native French speaker but can communicate in English. I couldn’t ask for more from a hostel! The outdoor area is absolutely beautiful and charming, with lots of plants, and places to hang wet clothes. The location is a five minute walk from the center, and the port, and there are restaurants even closer. There is a stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, two communal bathrooms and showers. The property is very quaint but there is lots of space, with only six people per room (there are two rooms total) However, other amenities aren’t plentiful. -no laundry machines, but there is a laundromat right down the street with washers and dryers for roughly €10 - very minimal free breakfast -like many hostels in Europe, you pay a few euros for city tax in cash at the end of your stay -not a party hostel at all but everyone was friendly and had great vibes (which I prefer)

Gîte de l'Escanson un temps pour soi is situated in Robion en Luberon, 31 km from Avignon Central Station and 31 km from Avignon TGV Train Station. Beautiful and comfortable location in a small village, where it is possible to relax! Good place to stop during the eurovelo. Bicycle are welcome!

Attractively set in Marseille, The People - Marseille features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. One of the best hostels that i stayed - large common areas, with own bar, comfy bed with privacy curtains and huge locker. Helpful staff as well. I will stay again here for sure!

Located in La Palud sur Verdon and with Château de Taulane Golf Course reachable within 45 km, Auberge Collective Cozy&Family provides a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a shared lounge. I was visiting as part of my Europe backpacking. The location is absolutely fab. All clean and quiet. The staff is really welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was nothing special, but up to standard for the price range.
