Taxis and horse carriages are always available at the end of the street, as well as the ferry and sailboat ports that are all 3 to 5 minutes walk from the hotel. And you can walk to Karnak Museum in 25 minutes. The place is very clean, lovely and cozy with a simple and nice decoration. The breakfasts that Mrs. Adel prepares are amazing, and makes you more than full for the day long, with his little boy Muhammed they make your day sunny with a full smile. Mohaz is helpful with everything you need, and off course, Mr. Omar, the manager of the place is a beautiful kind person with the best English that you may find around and he is eager to arrange your travel needs in minutes. As if it’s all is not enough, there is also a beautiful restaurant downstairs 😊. What else you can expect from a small hotel in Luxor?

This is a good option if you'd like to stay at a quiet place on the West Bank. The family is very kind, and your tourist money will make a direct impact. You'll be close enough to walk to several tombs/monuments, a longish walk but doable. The rooms are comfortable, family will prepare any meals you like.

I love this hostel, such a comfortable environment and the staff are extremely helpful. Everything from tours, taxis, great breakfast, and walking with me to find the best places to eat, truly top notch.

Venus Hostel is just a 5-minute walk away from Luxor Temple. The staff can arrange for bicycle rental and car hire. All rooms at Venus Hostel comes with a balcony or a window overlooking the city. We went to the Venus hotel to discover Louxor our own way, outside the stereotyped tourism. The staff advised us on how to find our way and how to feel confortable in this busy and over-touristic city. His recommendations, and the few arabic words he teaches us made a big difference and helped make our overall experience very positive. We enjoyed the Egyptian food served at the hostel’s restaurant. We also had filling breakfast, with fresh juice and minute made omelette by the attentive chef. The place is very busy during the late day and quiet at night and in the morning hours. The room had a balcony from where we watched the amazing activity in the street and the souk (local market). Going thru the “Bazar” next door, it took us 10 min to reach the Nile. We are travelling with our dog and were happy to find people who are real dog’s lovers. We’ll go there again !

Within a walking distance from Luxor Temple, Bob Marley House Hostel is located in Luxor city centre. That's a great hostel and good value of money. Staff helped a lot to organise trips to temples and felluca boat ride. Thanks for everything 🙏🏻

Located 800 metres from Luxor Temple, Fontana Luxor Hostel offers simply furnished accommodation and a restaurant. Luxor International Airport is 6 km away. It's was a nice hotel and our host was kind. The localisation is good to visit Luxor and you can do some cool excursion.
