Nice staffs, free lockers, clean rooms and a lot. Good location: the hostel is near the old city center and not far from the main station (Hbf).

Very good service & an awesome delicious breakfast. I booked a double room with shared bathroom by mistake instead of a double room with private shower. However the facilities did not disappoint me. The rooms are exactly as in the photos. Very close to Christmas market and they have a parking space for 8€ per day.

Ideally located in the Suedviertel district of Essen, The Bunk Hostel is located 200 metres from Aalto Theatre, less than 1 km from Grillo Theatre and a 4-minute walk from Philharmonic House Essen. Everything - location to the Hauptbahnhof, essen city's commercial/food centers, the kitchen and the sleeping rooms, batheoom facilities were ok as well. All in all a decent environment to stay in.
