They made me feel welcomed and are attentive to help in any questions you might have. The place is clean and well maintain as well. Is it undoubtedly the best hostel in Germany!

Apresentando um salão partilhado, um terraço e um bar, Hostel Mannheim localiza-se no centro de Mannheim, a 8 minutos a pé de Universidade de Mannheim. Originally, I had booked a different hostel. However, when my friend Max raved about Mannheim Hostel, I trusted his recommendation and switched my reservation. I can confidently say Max wasn't exaggerating. My stay was exceptional. Its prime location, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre, combined with the comprehensive inclusions (making it convenient for backpackers to travel even lighter) and cost-effective extras, significantly enhanced my experience. The staff were the icing on the cake - always available and eager to help, ensuring guests felt pampered and at home. Given that Mannheim Hostel is relatively new, I sincerely hope they maintain their current ethos. Anyone visiting Mannheim or its vicinity should consider staying here; it ranks among the best experiences I've had in both hostels and hotels. The best part? Everything felt genuine; there was no sense of the staff "trying too hard." It's a given that Mannheim Hostel will be my top choice during my next visit. We had a vintage wooden caravan, with beautiful decorations and a big double bed. We had outlets inside the caravan and a chillout place in front of it with 2 wooden chairs and a table. The price included entry tickets to local attractions. The hall was equipped with coffee machine and few games such as pool and quiet hours between 22-7. Would come again !

The rooms are located in an establishment where they grow fruit trees and make alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from them. The establishment is magnificent, tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is good. There are common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen and patio. The kitchen is fully equipped (there are even condiments). Laundry can also be washed and hung out (2 euros for 1 load of laudry). Toilet paper, towels and hygiene products are also available. There's an enclosed bicycle garage. Check-in and check-out are also easy.

One of the cleanest hostel I've ever been to. The reception is very friendly and helpful, even when I had to ck in late at 1am, the instruction was also very clear and easy. It was like 5 mins from HBF so it was perfect for me who was just needed a place to sleep for a short stay. Will definitely come back if I ever visited Heidelberg again!
