I liked the vibe of the hostel, it was easy to make friends to go on adventures and hang out around the hostel/pool with. The host, Mohammed, was wonderful and so helpful with setting up activities or giving advice for what to do around the island/give rides to Paje.

Everything at this stay was amazing!! The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food was amazing. Compared to all the other restaurant we tried in Zanzibar, this was by far the best!! Leonie was also very helpful and assisted us to get a scooter and gave recommendations on what we should try and got us assistance to organize our activities. I would definitely without a doubt recommend New Teddy's.

The staff was amazing. they went above and beyond to answer all our needs, from our late arrival to bike rental to book a boat tour to blue lagoon at last minute or book a taxi to Jonazi forest. Just amazing staff. wifi is good, as well. property was quiet. nice and clean pool. great location, not far from the beach and everything….
