When I was a bit sceptical how to travel as a solo female, Ruth took the time to explain to me where to travel and how. Everybody of the stuff was very nice. Great location, 300m from the beach. Enclosed quarter, so it's safe. Restaurants close by.

Sure, it's a bit worn, but cleaning of the bathrooms for dorm sleepers was daily. Staff helped me with use of local transport. Bus #121 just at the corner will take you to the centre of town and the port for ferries to Isle Gorée or to Ziguinchor, Casamance.
