Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Great location, budget place so you know what you're getting. Cheap and cheerful. Owner was very accommodating and arranged an early check in for us which was much appreciated. Was useful to have cooking facilities so we didn't always have to eat out.

This place is the best hostel I have ever stayed at. The view is pretty, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the activities that they plan are amazing. The location is 1 minutes walk from the start of multiple hiking tracks. The breakfast is better than most hotel buffets, in my opinion. It's the perfect option for solo travellers.

Absolutely incredible breakfast! Anything you could ever imagine and all was fresh and tasted amazing! Games in reception area, nice little chill out area with free coffee, great location, just two stops from the airport on the light train and then a short walk (5mins) to the hotel. 45min train journey to the centre but a really cheap train journey. Comfortable room

Likely to be one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. Not only was it amazing value for money, the communication was seamless, the facilities were well maintained and the human factor was incredible. There are plenty of activities and a real community feel to it. Amazing for solo travellers and those who want to dive deep into Norwegian culture. Great breakfast, communal areas and also a pretty great sunset spot for all sunset lovers! Super close to many hikes, too.

Super clean and well-maintained hostel. Ample and very pleasant kitchen facilities, more than enough bathrooms and showers. Great location, very close to train station in a pleasant part of town, and a quick 8-10 minute walk to the harbor.

Booked this hotel as it was cheaper than many others in Bergen and was pleasantly surprised! The room did feel a bit budget (very compact) but the hotel itself had a smart, upmarket feel. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good with an excellent range of food. There was an interesting book on the history and ethos of the hotel in the room..
