This place is owned by a very nice Russian lady, who herself has been traveling a lot and wanted to create a great place for other travelers. She succeeded. There are both dorms and private rooms, the place is very clean, the staff is very polite and helped me with any questions I had (I speak Spanish so no idea if they speak English as well), the internet is very strong. The location is 5-10 min walk from the bus stations (Alterna and Turistica), there are many restaurants around, laundry place right next door, several big supermarkets, 5th Ave is a short walk down the street. The private room I stayed in had AC, fridge and a TV, the bathroom was well equipped and there was hot water (if you really need it in the Playa climate). There was a communal kitchen as well, in case you really want to cook your own food in Mexico. I stayed in Mexico for 2 weeks and in Central America for a month so far, Alme was certainly one of the best places I booked!

They have a kind and helpful staff, awesome parties and the location is so nice! It’s near from the fifth avenue, and the Hostel Crew will invite you to go to a lot of places with them, cenotes, beaches etc.

I liked the location, it is near 5th avenue and so many restaurant and markets, also the wifi connection it is good, the AC inside the room is perfect

I stayed in a private room. The room is spacious, well equipped and very clean. Swimming pool and common area was also very good and clean.

Pool..quiet area 4 playa del Carmen great location..5 minute walk to beach. Everything u need walkable distance..comfortable atmosphere...staff very friendly and guest as well chill place..sweet.

Cleanliness. I liked playing pool. Roommates were friendly and had the same sleeping schedule. Breakfast was decent and reasonably priced.

Is nice Hostel, near to the beach and 5th Avenue, few min walk from big supermarket, amazing stuff, family vibe, comfortable kitchen, nice rooftop with pool. If you are not looking for a party Hostel, this is your place in PDC!
