Great location a short walk from the station, very helpful staff who were attentive and kind. The lady at Reception helped me to book a taxi for the next morning. The shower pressure and temperature were really good! I requested no cleaning for one day, so they left a basket with fresh towels, snacks, Yukata outside my room instead which was nice.

The hostel looks new, and it's big, which allows everything has more space to stretch out- kitchen and common area. Kitchen is equipped with almost everything (seems to not have coffee cups I noticed), so you are more than welcome to buy fresh stuff from the supermarket (5 mins walk) and cook there.

The owner and the staff are super friendly and kind! And though the hostel is not close to a train station, they have a free shuttle to/from the closest station. Food and drinks were also good!

The staff was wonderful. The owner and boss Yoshida-san were both great! The staff, whether the cook or the bartenders also made the stay worth. Definitely worth checking out if you're ever in Gunma, as it's the best hostel in Gunma by far!
