I stayed for three nights with a friend on a female dorm. We really enjoyed the comfort of the living room and the bedrooms, where we could just chill and relax, the cleaning of the place, the facilities of the kitchen and the bathroom, and the good humour that allowed for a feeling of community!

We arrived on a late flight and needed an affordable and central place to stay for the night. This hotel was perfect. The staff were lovely and the room was clean, quiet, good temperature. There was even a kettle and some tea and coffee! I had to make a work call the next day and they were clear that the Wifi wasn't great, which provided true (but the local network coverage was excellent in the room). Checkout was simple and there was a cute cafe around the corner (Perk Coffee and Doughnuts). I would happily have stayed extra nights, and I heard from the taxi driver that the craft beer was good at the bar. FYI there were no buses late at night so we had to take a taxi into Inverness from the airport, it cost around 30 GBP.

Great location, beautiful walk to the city centre along the river Ness, check in very easy, Donald was very helpful and responsive, the room was lovely and cosy, bed really comfy, brilliant powerful shower. Great kitchen facilities, hostel like, if you use it you clean it. Will definitely stay again!
