I did the self check in because the bus arrived in the midnight. However, I followed the step still couldn’t get in. It’s very lucky the staff answered my call and helped me to get in. I really appreciated the staff and the next day I saw another staff fix the door. I hope all the late check in travelers can get in smoothly in the future!
