Attractively situated in the Jerez de la Frontera Old Town district of Jerez de la Frontera, Vivian's Guest House is situated 47 km from Novo Sancti Petri Golf, 12 km from Montecastillo Golf Resort and 35 km from Genoves Park. The property is around 300 metres from Villamarta Theatre, 1 km from Jerez Cathedral and 11 km from Circuito de Jerez. The accommodation features a shared kitchen and free WiFi.

Casa de las Cadenas is 34 km from the hostel, while Plaza de España Cadiz is 34 km from the property. The nearest airport is Jerez Airport, 14 km from Vivian's Guest House.

Vivian is an amazing host, she made sure I did not freaked out cause my train was going to be too late for check in. The place is perfect, seems that everything you may need in the city is always a 10-minute walk. I stayed in a shared room during a very hot night and the room was still cool. Bed was comfy, bathrooms very very clean and the terrace was lit!

I can't speak highly enough of my hosts, they were quick to respond to questions and were so helpful and friendly. The apartment is in a great location, and was perfect for the flamenco festival, just around the corner fron the studio where I was taking workshops. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The apartment is lovely, spacious, modern and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped.

The hostel is clean, quiet and comfy, the showers and toilets are big enough, it has a beautiful roof top and a laundry service cheaper than other at town. I felt very secure indoors, staff is friendly, helpful and made me feel almost like at home, the receptionist gave very good recommendations about Jerez. Everything in the hostel looks in good condition and almost like new.

Lovely apartment, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Lots of extra touches from the hosts which were greatly appreciated such as toys left out for the baby and a box of treats for the kids. Nice pool on the roof accessible during set hours. Great location, quiet, safe and an easy 5-10 minute walk into the centre. Underground parking onsite, decent WiFi.

Great location and a lovely apartment. Would have rated it 10/10 except for the shower. Hot water shower was just a trickle- water saving or operator error on our behalf? If it needs an explanation - please provide instructions. Also, there was a safe but no instructions. On leaving, reception was closed so not sure what to do with key. Would benefit from a little more info but on the whole a lovely apartment.

Very friendly staff and a great location for a short trip to Jerez. The beds were comfy, room was very clean, light and airy. The room has large windows with small balconies overlooking the street. The bathroom was also very clean and had blue bathroom suite that reminded me of my Grandma’s house (I quite liked this!). Overall a cheap and cheerful property.

This guesthouse gets everything right, down to the smallest details. The location is fantastic, halfway between the bus and train station and the main sights in town. The kitchen is spacious, well-equipped and very clean. There's an elevator, which takes you both to the room and the rooftop terrace. The dormitory as clean, not crammed and the bunk beds have privacy curtains. The bathrooms were always clean and always smelled fresh. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.
