The staff were very friendly and responsive. Facilities were very clean, and the kitchen is probably one of the best communal kitchens I've used. As a backpacker, appreciated that while this hotel was further from the city center, there's a convenience center across the street which stocks some basic food items which really saved me when I checked in late and was too tired to walk into town. Also appreciated that there was a washer + dryer. Overall, I would stay here again over the convenience of downtown simply because of all the amenities and cleanliness.

1. The hostel was well located, close to the train station and to the city center. It is also close to restaurants and other facilities. 2. The staff, even thou absent, were very helpful to assist the customer. 3. They also gave me a gift (a curtain holder) which was very nice.
