The staff was great. The bartender was the sweetest guy I've met at a hostel environment. The place is clean, breakfast is good, the neighborhood is close to everything and very safe to be out at night.

The view of the city and the mountain is magnificent. I stayed for a night and when I checked out I stayed in the restaurant to read a book. Unfortunately, the kitchen was close but they still cooked a delicious meal for me!

The location of this property is perfect, right next to the train station and an easy bus to downtown, just a few minutes. The value is exceptional and the atmosphere is friendly. We've stayed here many times and every experience is a good one.

The hotel was excellent: strategic location (1-minute walk to train station & bus stop), facing a beautiful river, near laundry and restaurants area. I love how all we need was provided (pantry, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, lots of sockets, luggage storage, & proper waiting area. The staffs were very reliable & nice as well. I highly recommend this hotel for tourists who wants to explore Salzburg at an affordable cost. I really enjoy the stay!

It was a good price, and the double room had 4 additional beds beside the double bed which should come in handy if you have children.
