Set a 3-minute walk from Lake Bled, Vila Alpina provides modern accommodations, decorated in alpine style, two spacious terraces with seating area, a shared living area with a flat-screen TV, and free... Offering a garden and garden view, Penzion Mayer is set in Bled, 500 metres from Sports Hall Bled and 1.3 km from Bled Castle. Love how it is a short walk (up and down stairs though) to the Lake. I took a bus from Ljubljana and alighted at Bled Union, about a 10mins walk to the guesthouse. The room is clean and cozy. Family run guesthouse, everyone is so friendly and helpful, appreciated the hospitality and warmth! The breakfast that's included is soooo amazing! I look forward to it every morning. So wholesome!

Only 200 metres from the Sava River, Hiša Aleš is set in the centre of Breg ob Savi. What a wonderful surprise to discover Hisa Ales. From the moment we entered and were greeted with a friendly face and a brandy cordial, our stay just got better. A nicely appointed and quiet room was expected at the highly rated Hisa Ales. What enhanced our experience was the food and service we received. Our dinner was outstanding – very fresh ingredients presented with flair. To accompany our meal – regional sausages and vegetables - our server recommended some brilliant local craft beers, our favorite being No Bullshit Lager. Breakfast which was included in our stay was a perfect way to start our day – a lovely assortment of fresh foods and if you desired an omelet cooked for you. However, what made our stay special was the exceptional service we received. From checking in, to our wonderful server at dinner who had excellent recommendations and a fabulous sense of humour, and to the owner that ensures his guests leave satisfied, it’s a challenge to find better. A touch off the well travelled roads, it’s a diversion well worth your time.

A recently renovated guest house in Kranjska Gora, Erjavčeva mountain hut at Vršič pass offers sun terrace, parking on-site and sports facilities. We stayed in the dorm during off season and had it to ourselves. Staff member was running the show all on his own and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Great views. Amazing goulash!!!

I must say this is one of the best apartment i have ever been, we liked food very much- super delicious , hotel destination , super clean apartment ,whole crew was nice and accessible for all questions. I really recommend this guesthouse.

Featuring mountain views, Hiša na Vrtu features accommodation with balcony, around 24 km from Ljubljana Train Station. Place was nice and clean and the host was very friendly. Breakfast was also very good. Would stay here again!

Boasting garden views, Apartma in sobe PR'OBJAN offers accommodation with patio, around 2.9 km from Aquapark & Wellness Bohinj. Located in a quaint village not far from the lake, the apartment (for a family of five) was everything we could hope for. Fully equipped, convenient, with a huge garden and fruit trees, right next to the river. The host, Alenka, is most hospitable and caring. It’s a place we would definitely come back to next time we are in Slovenia.

Offering mountain views, a garden and free WiFi, Planinska koča na Uskovnici is located in Srednja Vas v Bohinju, 22 km from Aquapark & Wellness Bohinj and 24 km from Bled Castle. Seems that this house was build quite recently, so everything is so new and fresh. The dormitory room is very spacious and feels like home. We did Triglav hike, so it was perfect location to start next morning, additional 50min walk to the Pokluka parking.
