Avevo prenotato tre notti in questa struttura, alla fine ce ne ho passate dieci e mi sono trovato benissimo. +La cura delle relazioni con il cliente è superlativa: per quanto mi riguarda, posso affermare che il proprietario della struttura fa il suo lavoro in maniera straordinaria e si merita un 10 pieno +Posizione: l'appartamento si trova letteralmente a un minuto a piedi dalla piazza principale della città. Proprio di fronte alla porta d'ingresso c'è una lavanderia, ci sono molti bar/ristoranti nei dintorni, anche i supermercati sono piuttosto vicini +Rapporto qualitá/prezzo eccellente +La camera: letto tra i più comodi che abbia avuto in viaggi turistici, c'era abbastanza spazio per tutto, numero di prese sufficiente +Il bagno era in condivisione con un'altra stanza: enorme, funzionale, acqua calda in abbondanza, doccia abbastanza alta da non essere scomoda, asciugamani sempre puliti e saponi inclusi +Cucina: fornita di tutto, molto spaziosa +Sala: non l'ho di fatto mai usata, ma grande e accogliente +Internet: veloce, ho guardato un paio di film in streaming senza alcun problema

CITY STONE HOUSE in Ponta Delgada provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. Everything was perfect and beyond expectations. The room looks the same as on the pictures. Emanuel gave a lot of tips and sent us a written guidance to the island. He did his best to make our trip memorable. We really liked how he prepared with towels for the beach, hot springs and enough in the bathroom as well. + It was one of the cleanest place I've ever been. He really thought about everything. Thank you so much for every tips and help!

I loved the location of the place, it's in a village near Ponta Delgada and you really get a feeling you're one with the locals. Jose, our host, is incredible. He thinks of everything, you will have everything you need at hand and if there is any kind of problem he will always be there to help and recommend all the best places to visit. Highly recommend!

La Pousada da Vila si trova a Vila Franca do Campo, a 5 km da Lagoa do Congro. We like that the beds were very comfortable and the place was kept clean, even the shared living space and kitchen. We also like that the place is close to the supermarket which is a 2min walking distance. The host was also very kind and helpful.

Situata a Povoação, a 1,9 km dalla spiaggia di Morro, la Casa da Lomba do Cavaleiro offre una sala comune, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un giardino e una terrazza. Rodrigo is an amazing host. We truly felt welcomed. He has a gentle and warm presence. He prepared a wonderful surprise for us on arrival: he gave us the room with the astonishing sea view, with a lot of privacy, instead of the one originally booked. The house is wonderful, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast tasty, the backyard having a breathtaking view. This accommodation is a true gem.

Situato a Vila Franca do Campo, l'Apartamentos Vila Mar offre sistemazioni con patio o balcone, WiFi gratuito, TV a schermo piatto, barbecue e terrazza. The apartment is very well equipped. The hosts are lovely and helpful. It's great that they have a washing machine and tumble dryer available for the guests! The location is ideal in Villa Franca.

Situata a Ribeira Grande, a meno di 300 m dal Ponte dos Oito Arcos, la Matriz Guest House offre un giardino, camere non fumatori e la connessione WiFi gratuita. I don't know where to start! Rossana kindly waited for us on our arrival (1.30 am!) and despite late hour showed and explained everything we might need, there were some local type of pastries on the arrival in our room. We stayed in the bigger room with ocean view (3 of us) and a room was perfect, its big so you don't feel like there is no space for a group of friends. Balcony with a view - great! Breakfast was good, everything you need for a day full of adventure. You could also use the microwave, dishes, fridge (amazing!) located in the breakfast room. Cinnamon liquor made by Matriz house (owners) is 11/10, we wish we had checked in baggage for flight to buy some big bottles. If you need, you can also do laundry in the house (for an extra pay), but that's also is great feature of staying. Very accommodating, we have felt very welcomed and it was just GREAT! I just don't have words to recommend it enough. Thank you so much for the amazing time, you were part of it.

This was our favorite stay of our trip and we stayed at 3 different locations. Private, clean and big room with private bathroom and lots of privacy. Secure parking within steps and beautiful authentic hosts. It’s clear the owners take pride in their belongings and hosting, they were available for any and all questions and even showed us items around the house we wanted to know more about. Beautiful eating area with a gorgeous view and even offered us fresh sweet ride pudding and banana bread! We burnt our dinner one evening, and Paulinha offered us part of her own dinner. Central area which allowed us to return to areas around the island we wanted more time at and walking distance to grocery store as well. Don’t miss out on this place!!!
