I was lucky to stay there 4 nights (3 in the studio and 1 in the appartment), it is really a beautifull place! The house is a museum in itself, you can feel that history took place in those rooms, the 'library' is incredible and the kitchen is a dream. Eduarda will give you lots of tips and advice on the island, and if you wish she will tell you the story of the house. You trully feel at home and in a cocoon within the city. The breakfasts are awsome (thank you Maria as well :) I'll be back for sure!!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa do Mar. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere and beautiful view of the sea and Faial island on one side, and of Mount Pico on the other. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Ideal location - walkable distance from Madalena center and from several natural pools, and a 10-minute drive from the airport. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would absolutely recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay at City Stone House. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The common kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of and more. On top of that, Emanuel is one of the best hosts I've met! He was super friendly and accommodating. He sent a huge list of places to visit which ended up being our main travel guide during our time in São Miguel. Couldn't recommend this place more! <3

Arrivillage ligger i Arrifes i regionen São Miguel och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. Room is nice, very clean and quiet. Shared and fully-equipped kitchen is a great addition. But the best is José, the host - he is so caring, friendly and available, and gave us the best tips about the island. No matter what we needed, he made sure we had it. The house is fairly close to the airport and Ponta Delgada. Would 100% recommend a stay at Jose’s guesthouse.
