He also had homemade applewood juice for our arrival, and then packed us a breakfast due to our early departure. While this is not a Marriott (maybe a Sri Lankan Motel 6), the owner could not have put more effort into caring about our stay.

Really nice family they looked after us with a big serving of noodles and roti as there is no restaurants near by, nice spot to visit the ancient ruins and have a small walk around the area to see how locals live.
