Probably the best holiday destination I’ve ever visited. Dave and his staff have served us with delicious food with home made cake and his signature dishes. Also we've been privileged to taste Dave’s Artisan Teas and experience the Tea making process. Beautiful surrounding with excellent misty weather. The Breakfast was exceptional. Sri Lankan favourite string hoppers and the Freshest fruits with Dave's homemade Marmalade and Jams. The best Curd I've ever had. Oh I love the coffee Dave offered!! Super clean rooms and awesome library room with lots of splendid books. Oh we miss Charley so badly.. adorable companion.. :) I would give my highest recommendation and I will definitely visit again! thank you David and the awesome team!

The Inn at Matale asub Matales Palapathwela Rossi kinnisvarasõlmes. Majutusasutus pakub mugavat majutust nii kohalikele kui ka välismaalastele. Everything was perfect. The room was clean and the owner had turned on the AC before our arrival. Due to the extremely hot whether, that was really thoughtful. Owner was so friendly and helpful.

Sarath and his family are the most welcoming and amiable hosts we had on our journey in Sri Lanka. The lodging is on top of a hill and inside a plantation so you are all surrounded by beautiful nature. As part of the plantation Sarath and his family are growing their own coffee and spices from which Sarath's wife cooked a most delicious breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed our stay at Plantation Retreat very much and will never forget the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. We can very much recommend a stay here.

We loved to stay at the strathisla guesthouse. The view is amazing, the garden with the pool perfect, the staff really friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the tasty food. Definitely a place we would come back.

Everything was perfect! A well preserved “walawwa”, quite comfy and spacious. Can easily accommodate large groups. Would recommend this for anyone who’s looking for a homely place to stay in!

Cottage 2010 asub Matales, Sri Dalada Maligawast 17 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on vaatega bassein, aed ja mäevaated. I stayed here today with my friends. I booked the hotel for them and we traveled by car. So there was enough space for vehicles. You will get many facilities during your stay. Staff is 100% polite. Kitchen and equipment provided even they have a full board menu. Room was clean and equipped with everything we wanted. Night ambiance is awesome and the best of the best is the amazing pool. We stayed at the pool until 11 PM night since we couldn't leave the pool that was cool. Pool lights , clean water and the pool is covered from the garden fence so privacy around pool was enough for the girls. The person who catered us was very polite and very supportive. Even provided a mobile phone to contact room service.

Well get there by accident because of car trouble. It was great. Best food i had in hotels in sri lanka. They make for you especially. We had rice and curry for dinner was amazing. And breakfast was western with salad like we asked. They have an organic farm so everything was super fresh and tasty. My parents even got some pork sausages from their pig farm. The rooms were spacious and verry hot water in the shower. The pool is great with amazing views the staff is very nice and cater to your every need. Highly recomended.
