As a solo female traveler, staying here I felt so safe and at home. The owner and his wife are so utterly sweet and hardworking. The owner has a TukTuk and for a very fair price, he picked me up/dropped me off at the train station. On top of this, he offered different excursion options on his TukTuk for tea plantations, hikes, waterfalls, etc. The owner honestly went above and beyond, not only was he a wonderful host, but also a great driver and tour guide. What really touched my heart was when he took me to the Horton Plains National Park and ended up doing the WHOLE hike with me because he did not want me to do it alone and wanted to make sure I was safe. Their home is a very cute 100+-year-old house, with two rooms. The room was spotlessly clean and had comfy beds with warm blankets for the chilly nights. The price includes breakfast and if you have an early excursion/train time they pack you a full breakfast as well! They also offer lunch and dinner, which the wife cooks. It was honestly the best food I had on my trip to Sri Lanka especially the chicken curry and dhal curry.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Rustique House! Impeccably clean rooms, serene ambiance, and a warm welcome with a cup of milk coffee. Shan, the host, was accommodating, fulfilling all our requests and offering great suggestions for nighttime activities. Despite no kitchen, they kindly prepared our noodles, which turned out delicious. Breakfast was a delight with rotti, chicken curry, dhal curry, sambol, and a refreshing cup of tea. Highly recommend this place for a delightful experience. Thanks, Shan! Looking forward to another visit.

Ansi Villa มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในนานูโอยา ห่างจากทะเลสาบเกรกอรี 7.8 กม. มีบริการที่พักพร้อมอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สาย (WiFi) ฟรีและที่จอดรถส่วนตัวฟรี Hakgala Botanical Garden อยู่ห่างจากเกสต์เฮาส์นี้ 15 กม. Friendly Host Volunteered to free pick up and drop to Nanu Oya station. Greeted with Cake and lovely Tea. Decent hot water shower. Late check in at 11.45pm and early checkout at 5.45am was handled with a smile 😊. Greatly appreciate it.

Comfy garden and nice kitchen. The owner wasn't there but his friend was and he was really nice, gave us some great advice. Also just generally comfortable beds and room

Serendipity Lake Artistic Bungalow by Heidis Home มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในนูวาราเอลิยา และอยู่ห่างจากทะเลสาบเกรกอรี ไม่เกิน 1.2 กม. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The room is very clean and the paintings are beautiful. The owner herself painted the whole house, as you can see in the pictures. I would definitely recommend.

20/20 wood cabana ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากทะเลสาบเกรกอรี 4 กม. และให้บริการที่พักพร้อมสวน ลานระเบียง และห้องครัวส่วนกลางเพื่อความสะดวกของท่าน ทั้งอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สาย (WiFi)... Ara the owner and his mother are one of the best ive met in Sri Lanka. The owner is super friendly and very helpful who u can trust him blindly (if u compare his prices to others). The design of the room is perfect, gives u tree house vibes but with all facilities u need.

Boasting garden views, woods hut features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 4.4 km from Gregory Lake. The host wasnatha and his wife chitra were perfect. He came and explained all sightseeing places. His wife chitra even offered us to see how she cooks srilankan food. Everyone must try chitra special sandwich.
