We loved the old world charm of the large room with it’s bay windows and fireplace. The bed was very cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and spacious with not just a shower but a stand alone bath tub. Extra towels were provided with bath robes and slippers. Also, extra treats provided, for example home made chocolate cake on arrival, were exceptional. Our host was fantastic and the breakfasts she provided each morning were a feast for the eyes and tastebuds. Although the street is narrow, parking was not a problem.

The Hotel and the rooms are very clean. Linen, amenities, everything great. We had breakfast in the Hotel and this was a great choice. Also Katie's cakes are delicious, available for us during all day with tea at the Hotel's conservatory. Rich also provided us with good advice and information on things to do in Eastbourne. Beach front locations, walking distance from the pier and town centre is perfect. I look forward to come back and stay again at the Seaview.

We stayed in the room on the top floor and the room was just spectacular! Every detail was perfect, from the location to the bath in the room. I could not recommend this anymore! There is no need to look any further than this place, its a MUST!

Beautiful guesthouse right by the sea and in easy walking distance to all Eastbourne has to offer. Lovely welcoming proprietors- and really loving added extras like the sleep easy pillow spray.

Wartling Place Country House is located in Wartling close to Herstmonceux in East Sussex. Guests benefit from a private gardens, free Wi-Fi access and free private off road parking. The setting is tranquil and stately. The room spacious and spotless. The breakfast choice was magnificent and beautifully prepared. We will go again.

Directly facing an award-winning beach, on Eastbourne's Royal Parade, Beach Front Guest House provides bed and breakfast accommodation right on the Eastbourne seafront. The location is perfect! Rooms are clean. Staffs are kind and friendly. Breakfast is good. It was one of the best places we stayed so far. We did not stay in a room with sea view, but you can definitely consider a room with view. The view of hotel is remarkable!

Number 46 is just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the centre of town and just a 5-minute stroll to the old town of Hastings. Number 46 is a short walk from the railway station and also from the seafront. We were greeted and shown to our room which was very comfortable, off the first flight of stairs and very quiet. It was clean and thoughtfully kitted out - a lot of thought had gone into the decor and comfort. There was a good choice of things for breakfast - individual fresh fruit salads in preserving jars, individually boxed cereals, beautifully cooked poached eggs, and good coffee. Checkout was seamless and we arranged to come back to pick up our bags later on the day we left.
