Our last-minute stay at Fredensholm Annex (after a long day of driving scenic routes) ended up being one of the most memorable and enjoyable experiences of our trip. The setting is somewhat remote and delightfully quiet, surrounded by stunning views. We were lucky enough to meet both of our hosts, and now consider them to be new friends. Our room was spotlessly clean with chic minimalist decor. I was particularly thrilled with the sleek shared bathroom (high-quality fixtures and no detail overlooked when making selections). An added bonus: the fancy espresso machine in the entryway. The icing on the cake was meeting not only the hosts, but also the two resident cats with the friendliest personalities I have encountered in a long time.
