The place is great to stay with business partners. Martin is a great guest and has everything figured out to welcome us anytime. We shared the space with some other hosts but the place is very well organized so it felt convenient. We went there for the Prowein fair and Messe Dusseldorf is easily accesible from the apartment. Very welcoming and friendly! Check in was quick, the information, important for the stay, was given completely. An independent stay, and use of many facilities guarantied.. The bathroom is in common use, but constantly cleaned, as well as other common facilities. The use of kitchen was possible, all necessary kitchen facilities available. Everything was very clean ! The apartment is good accessible with public transport. I would recommend also for the long stay.

Excellent logistics. I could sleep, shower, refrigerate my food, and wash the same set of clothes every night by hand and hang them in the shower. I could walk for 75 minutes to reach my family's home. Nice host.
