We arrived late due to unforeseen roadworks, so messaged ahead to let Ellie and Shane know, so they made arrangements for easy late access, and we walked into such a welcoming and special guest home. The views are spectacular - we saw the cows taking themselves down the farm track across the field, hens in the lower garden and Quail running across the beautifully manicured lawn. The location is peaceful and picture perfect. The guest house itself is fresh, warm and inviting, with everything you need to fully relax and enjoy your stay.

The views were amazing, it was comfortable and the animals came to visit us which was lovely. Such a beautiful place to reveal the gender of our baby with our parents.

Excellent views, large paddock for the guests, exceptional courtesy by Janet and Noel. 2 nice bedrooms, separate dinning and living areas, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge etc. We really loved to stay here, and happy to comeback next time!!😀😀

Loved our stay it was cosy clean everything you need was provided for us, the sleep out was perfect as me my partner and child slept in there and left the house for the rest of the whanau so my daughter wouldn’t bug them early in the mornings, i really loved how the home had eco friendly cleaning products and skin care products, toys and bath toys for the children home gave a family oriented feeling,id love to come back here when we have family over again 🤍

Stylish 4 Bedroom house Brand New in Rotorua ligger i Rotorua, 5 km från Paradise Valley Springs, 21 km från Buried Village och 22 km från Tikitere - Hell's Gate Thermal Park, och erbjuder boende med... Very clean comfortable property. Essential supplies provided. I would throughly recommend it for a family. A little difficult to find because there is no street sign and the address was not on our hire car GPS. Google maps found it though.
