A recently renovated property, Casa Valentina 2 is located in Perugia near Perugia Cathedral, Perugia Train Station and Corso Vannucci. This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

The house is comfy and has everything you might need. It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Located in Orvieto, 200 metres from Duomo Orvieto and 20 km from Civita di Bagnoregio, Casa Ginevra offers air conditioning. Great location. Beautifully appointed. The fruit welcome basket was a lovely touch.

Very clean, comfort, big space, fully euqipments and nice host. Location is the best. Highly recommended.
