It's a very comfortable and beautiful place. There's all of the amenities we can possibly need. The host was a delight as well, very nice, helpful and comprehensive. Heated floor in the main entrance, café machines and drying and washing machines also available. It was a really a modern house with a comfy outlook. Comfortable beds and big nice dining table. We loved it.

These holiday homes all offer a private terrace with barbecue facilities, in addition to a well-equipped kitchenette with free coffee and tea. Egilsstadir town centre is a 8-minute drive away. Very homey and well maintained. We had a great time, the place is very cozy and next to nature

Surrounded by nature, these countryside cottages offer views over the Lagarfljot River. Each has a fully equipped kitchen and furnished terrace with a BBQ. Egilsstadir town centre is 30 km away. Beautiful cottage in the middle of nowhere with a great view into the nature. The cottage was very cozy and well equipped. The owner was very nice and gave us some tips where we could see puffins :)
