The appartment or better the tiny-house was constructed on a plot with a nice view and we enjoyed the calmness of the place. Everything was made in a nice and practical style, we loved the fireplace! Our hosts were extremly helpful and super friendly, good recommendations to restaurants and tours. The food in the restaurants was super yummy! We would like to come back and stay a bit longer to enjoy the view on the patio (we stayed in March with rainy weather). All in all an awesome stay. Thank a lot Ana & Antonio

This was the best place we stayed in on our extended trip to Portugal in September & October 2021. The village of Vilarinho is a friendly place & a great base for walks - 3 signposted walks pass through the middle. The accommodation was of a high standard & excellent value for money & the owner, who runs the local honey shop, was extremely helpful. Very highly recommended.

A very spacious and well organized property with all the modern age comforts, with a working fireplace giving it a special touch in the colder evenings of September. A lovely greeting by Susana with fire roaring and welcome gift basket offering local fruits and homemade jams and bread made by our host’s mother made for a cozy welcome. We must mention that a bottle of Ginjinha also made by Susana’s mother was a super surprise. The neighbours Teresa and Américo and their dog Zita were very lovable. Jacquie and I love to read to each other and the varanda offered that venue in the open air. Overall a recommendable experience absolute.

The best place we visited in Potrigal. The house is amazing, you have all you can wish for. The warmest welcome, fruit and vegetables, refrigerator full with goodies. Very clean, games for the kids. Kitchen with everything. The village is beautiful in the middle of the woods. Clean and the best air to breathe. We love it so much that I wish we could have a summer house there. It's an extremely cosy, clean and comfortable house with very simpathic and attentive hosts! The pictures 100% match the reality and it's even better! We had our continental breakfast in the fridge and the fresh local bread as well as a very pleasant welcome set of a jar with local Porto wine and chestnuts and other nuts collected in the garden. The bed and linen are very comfortable, it's a lot attention to the details as monograms on the towels and linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything could be necessary. The location is fantastic - you have a view to the ruined castle from the bedroom and just a step of the door you can start hiking, as well as driving a bit to see the ancient villages, small towns and Bragança Castle. Guimarães and Braga are also in a couple hours drive. We sincerely thank the hosts for our fantastic trip and highly recommend it to all the guests!
