everything was perfect. a very clean stone greek cosy hose in the middle of olives trees, 10 min walking to To steki tou Meniou tavern where Mama Mia movie is present there 😁 in the beautiful little old village Parthenonas and 15 min driving to virgin beaches. the terrace of the viila is on top of the see with a sun set that you will not forget it together with the sound of cycads exceed expectation. thx Katerina to eveything.

The location is spectacular. The way they configured the space gives the impresion you are both inside and outside. For a couple, the place is magic. You easily spend days just looking at the sea and nearby nature. We also visited Parthenonas Village, that is about 10 minutes of walking. It was great. P.S. it is pet friendly.

The villa is amazing. Very clean and very spacious. We had everything we needed and more. The outside shower, viewing the olive trees was my favorite part. The beds are really comfortable. We slept like babies. Outside kitchen was excellent. The view of the sea from the terrace was incredible.

Perfect ! Stayed for 1 week in august 2021. 3 adults and 2 children. You will get your own house in the center of small greek town with own small yard and own parking spot. Location: 1 min walk to the center, but it is very quiet in the night! Super. 2 beaches are located in 15 minutes walk (both sides of Neos Marmaras). A lot of beautiful beaches and places in 10-30 minutes car driving House territory: Small yard with parking spot, grass and BBQ zone. Big table in the yard in shadow which is super comfortable for 6 persons. Yard is not big, it is rather tiny, but it is comfortable and you actually don't have neighbors that could check what you are eating today on the breakfast =) Parking: It could be difficult if your car is longer then 4.5 meters. It could difficult because of other cars parked on the street. So it is own one! parking spot in the yard, but it is not big. If your car is longer your wheels will stay on grass, which is not great =) Anyway, there is free parking 10 meters from the house House inside: Super cozy and very big living room joined with well-equipped kitchen, zone for table games =) 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable, the only negative thing is creaky bunk bed =) Bathroom is comfortable and everything is working. Just don't be surprised by water on the floor after taking shower. There is washing machine, and we even used it but rinsing is not very great so be careful especially with child's clothes Host: Valasia is very polite and meets all request at once even she lives in another town ! =) You could book this place it is worth it =)

Very nice yard, excellent barbecue space outside. Nicely decorated house with everything that was needed for a very comfortable stay in it (list of what was available and at our disposal in the house would be too long). House has 11 beds and is divided in two living areas: Basement, that is a flat by its own, with separate entrance (3 sleeping rooms, kitchen with dining table and living room next to it). This part of the house has only single beds (5). And it has no air-conditioning, though it was pleasant throughout the day in it. And the two-level flat above basement has 3 sleeping rooms with double beds (6) and one cot. Two sleeping rooms are on second level and they have air conditioning and separate bathrooms each. Lower level is one sleeping room and an excellent kitchen area with a living room. Both flats have terraces with seating, and from above terrace there is a partial sea view with beautiful sunsets. All the amenities were excellent and functioning (several kinds of coffee machines in the house, every coffee making type was covered). There is a covered parking within the yard that can fit 3 cars, and there is a huge parking right next to the house that can be used free of charge as well. In the very close range there is a nice restaurant that has home made take-away food (Dimitris); large, well equipped and cheap supermarket (Pitsias); two excellent bakeries; and one of the best fish markets in whole of Sithonia. Beach nearby is narrower than most beaches in the Sithonia, but with plenty of space (was not crowded in beginning of July). Beach itself is sandy, but there is pebbles in most shallow parts upon entrance in the water. Water was clean and beautiful and we enjoyed the beach quite a lot. We visited also other beaches in Sithonia as house is in excellent location to reach every beach o We had an extended family stay in the house for 2 weeks in July and we simply loved it! It was quiet, relaxing, without worries and no issues whatsoever.

Everything was new, very clean. Beautiful indoor design. Plenty of vegetation around the house with a nice smell of pines. The kitchen was fully equiped. Nothing was missing. Close to the beach and not so far away from the center of Neos Marmaras ( about 12 min walking). The host was there all the time, fully involved and aiming to help.
