The guesthouse has authenthic soul, it is old teak wood house with internal terrace. The room has everything we neede - aircon, fridges, bathroom witj cosmetics, some brochures about Sukhothai, even the balcony. The locasion is prerfect - close to the Historical Park and to restaurants or food stalls. Even the breakfast was officially not included we received plates of fruts and could take bananas, tosts, coffee and tea. Also we had bicycles for a day for free. The host was so good person that before our leaving (for a night bus) gave us the key to the room for taking a shower! We were really touched... We wish him all the best and we recommend warmly this place!

The AC, wifi, and hot shower all worked great. And there was a fridge in the room too, a real plus. It's practically next door to the bus station, and an easy walk into town. There's public transport 3 times a day from the station to the historical site for 30B, or you can easily get a tuktuk. It's a good value and I would certainly stay here again.
