It was located on the first floor by a staircase above a very popular pasteleria which is where breakfast was served. This was one of the best breakfasts we have had and staff could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted during our 2 night stay. Car parking was very easy and convenient and free which was an added bonus. The guesthouse is also close to the train station We highly recommend A Tendinha to anyone staying in Peso da Regua who can manage a short flight of stairs.

Also they have parking right next door within the building which is most helpful.

We can highly recommend this accommodation. The house is located in Zimao, an old town of traditional stone houses located at the hillside with views over the valley. The host Eva was very friendly and gave us good recommendations what to see and to do in the area, like waterfalls, lakes and the beautiful countryside. I think the location is ideal for hiking and biking. The house and rooms were very clean and well equipped. The house is an old town house but very nicely renovated with fine decorations and the attention to details. There is a big and fully equipped kitchen to be used by all of the only 3 rooms as well as a balcony with a beautiful view at sunset over the valley. We stayed in the studio that is spacious as well as its bathroom. The bed was comfortable. We had a great time there and enjoyed our stay.

The stay was very pleasant. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Also, the facilities was very comfortable and clean, the view was amazing and the breakfast was always complete. The only thing was that the bathroom water drain could be even smarter. In addition to everything, I recommend the Muas Guest House and their homemade cakes, they were amazing.

We wanted quite and romantic place, out of the city place but close enough to drive by car. This place is located 20-25 minutes from the Sabrosa/Pinhao. The stay was amazing! The room was spacious enough and we had a big window facing the valley. The sunset and the morning views are incredible there. And because of the isolated location it so quite there. Except the room there is also a place outside in the property to sit and enjoy the wine and the views. The host gave us a taste of their own wine and port and we also asked for the breakfast (additional price). Wow, you definitely must have it! Aurora made us a wonderful breakfast. Everything on the table came from their own garden. And the view from the balcony (where we ate) is amazing.
