The location is great, we have a bit of nature around. It’s also close to the beach restaurants etc. The rooms are clean and comfy, nicely designed. You can have a breakfast onsite, it’s good, pancakes or eggs, but we think it’s a bit overpriced (290-320 piso per person). In general highly recommended.

Struttura meravigliosa, isolata, immersa in una natura lussureggiante. I vari bungalow hanno una vista strepitosa e la zona dove si mangia è davvero bella. Staff molto gentile. Le camere sono abbastanza comode e pulite.

I spent my Christmas here and I think I haven’t stayed at a place that is as welcoming as Back Trippers Inn! The room was very comfortable and it was very peaceful, the hammock outside is a nice touch. The bed is also very comfortable! Amazing value for the price. The family owning this accommodation was extremely sweet and their daughter, Dimple, showed me a beautiful waterfall and the town. The family was always checking up on me, free coffee was always outside my hut and they were always talking to me, keeping me company and inviting me to celebrate Christmas with them. I felt very welcome and I couldn’t have asked for a better Christmas:) Salamat!

Situato sul lungomare di Puerto Princesa, il Bamboo Nest Hartman Beach offre un bar e la connessione WiFi gratuita. The location was a wonderful surprise at the end of the road to Hartman beach. A well-groomed beach among the creatively made and enchanting bamboo lodgings greeted us. Staff had ensured our pickup from the airport was smooth even though we weren't quite in the right place. A cozy bamboo courtyard with artwork, sitting spots, hammocks, a bar, tourist information, handy kitchen and ample showers and toilets greeted us. Looking out to sea, the calming waves and clear water invited us to explore. Yes, at some times of day the water is cloudy as the tide comes in an out. That added to the adventure and anticipation of when it'd be clear again. Sunsets and sunrises were bar-none! All of the staff at Bamboo Nest, including Jonathan and Tina the owners, were incredibly personable, courteous, fun, and helped us in all sorts of ways to make it the best stay. The smoothness and help with tours and so on made it easy. Being invited to eat meals together, and jam, spending evenings singing and drumming with our hosts was fabulous. The intrigue, romance, functionality and friendliness of Bamboo Nest exceeded our expectations.

We were lucky enough to be in the only room that directly faces the beach - I loved being able to sit at the balcony and view the craziness of El Nido from a distance! The room had airco, a fan, a fridge, and access to potable water, which is always not the case in places in Palawan. I loved that we could close the huge window/door, see the see and the beach and not being seen during the day (once you experience it, you'll know what I mean!). Make sure you request the room with the balconi on the beach! The location is perfect, as it it is right before the craziness in town starts. The owner was extremely kind and helpful! She even noticed we were trying to leave a day earlier :D! The room and the entire place was extremely clean, with bed-sheets changed every day and a nice smell of laundry all day long. I highly recommend this place if you want to adventure in the crazy. mass-tourism, El Nido town!
