The warm hospitality here was excellent! We had a very comfortable two-day stay. Lovely views from the rooftop, where it’s set up for enjoying the surrounds with tables/chairs. Easy parking; walking distance to the ruins of the old village, the museum and the wadi/palm grove. Great aircon and wifi. Highly recommended!

Emina made us feel very welcomed at her house and along with the unique architecture, the surroundings and also other lovely guests, this was an experience we will never forget. Wish we had more time to spend here. We spent one night on our way from Muscat to Jebel Shams. The rooms are simple but clean, the bathroom was well equipped. Incredible views waited for us on the rooftop along with pet dogs making us company. I have to admit the breakfast was rather smaller/simpler but everybody has different taste, so it’s hard to please all. Hoping to come sometime again!

Located in the village of Misfat Al- Abriyeen in the state of Al-Hamra, Al Misfah Hospitality Inn is about 200 kilometers away from Muscat. The owner is really friendly, he recomended us a small museum (omani traditions) in Al Hamra which was worth a visit. The food was amazing (no fast food). Free coffee, water and best fresh dates at the terrace with a great view. It is located in a small and quiet village. Expect a traditional omani accomodation.

The guest house is easily accessible once you've reached Al Hamra and located in a calm neighbourhood. The room was very clean and well equiped, there's even a shared kitchen you can use.

Meals available on request for 5 Riel. Hosts are very friendly and accomodating - we arrived a bit early and they had our room ready. The food was delicious. Parking available in a small courtyard. We did not see signage for the Guest House, but we asked a local and they easily pointed us in the right direction. We arrived at 2pm and had time to complete the Balcony Trail (which was mostly in the shade) before supper. Recommend to hike the Trail in the afternoon and then enjoy the sunset and sunrise on the private patio. Note: photos attached were all taken from the patio - amazing views!!!

Set in Nizwa, within 300 meters of Nizwa Souq and 400 meters of Nizwa Fort, نزل البستان Bustan lnn offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free private... Beautiful place, great location. Lovely people, good breakfast. Parking is key. Really liked Nizwa, lovely soukh and the fort is well worth going to and had some hidden treasures. Feeding some bunnies, deer and oryx (maha) at the back was fun and a really interesting museum and local food. Bustan Inn had a lot of character.

The location is exceptional and the reception staff were so kind. One of them even went with us to get our car, so we could park in the lot. The other helped me arrange a ride back to Muscat. Such a nice place!
