Set in Melaka, 200 metres from Baba & Nyonya Heritage Museum and 400 metres from Straits Chinese Jewelry Museum Malacca, The Pillohouzzze offers a terrace and air conditioning. That was perfect. Maria was so nice and gave me very good advice. The location is also very near to the center. Possibility to walk to most of the main attractions. The place is very clean and comfy. I do recommend 100%.

We loved our stay: the room was comfortable and very clean and so was the rest of the guesthouse. But most importantly Maria, the owner, is so friendly and helpful. She not only bakes delicious cakes and cookies for her guests but also gave us helpful tips to explore Melaka.

Josh, at reception, is simply amazing, always trying to help customers and giving interesting tips about the city when asked about it. The room is very nice and clean, not very big but enough to open the big luggage and rest comfortably. Private toilet is a big plus. At first I was a bit skeptical because the shower is in the middle of the long toilet and has no curtains. I was afraid that I would wash the entire room every time I showered. But incredibly the water only stayed in the centre of the room, where the draining valve was, and the rest remained dry. Also, the room has no window, BUT the toilet has a small window that opens toward the exterior of the building, so you can always have some air circulate. Position just behind Chinatown is also a very good plus.

Very near to mydin hypermarket, so easy for us to buy our needs and having dinner.

Its comfy, roomy, and clean living space. Good place to stay under one roof with large family and friends. Just outskirts their main attraction by driving. Fret not about no breakfast. It's all been provided by the host himself. Masyallah. The host, Mr. Luqman, is extremely welcoming and gracious. He waited patiently for our arrival after the allotted hour. Communication with the host is a breeze. I'm glad we took up this offer. 😌 I'm thrilled with it. Will return here without a doubt. We are grateful to Mr Luqman for helping us over our entire stay. Really good place for people wanting to experience living in the original living space of a Malaccan. Loved the concept like it is a hidden hotel as it is being access via a bakery.
