Ike-san was such a friendly and caring host who made sure that I was taken care of from our first moment of contact to check out. The room was extremely comfortable and provided all the necessary amenities for lodgers or even hikers travelling on bare essentials (there's a hairdryer thank goodness!!), the bathroom was clean and made for a wonderful soak at the end of a hard hike, and Ike-san went out of his way to ensure my comfort and convenience - from giving me a lift to the nearby eatery when I ran out of dinner options to generously gifting me a poncho before I set off for my hike in the rain. I'd also like to mention that his place is literally next to the Chikatsuyu-oji marker on the Kumano Kodo trail for those who are making this a rest stop on their hike. Thank you for the hospitality!!

Very clean and fairly new/well maintained accomodation. I have been to several shared bath accomodations and some have the weirdest setup that don't make sense. This place just does it. Bed is comfy and pillow has just the right height. There's proper hangers in the shower room, bins at the right spots, everything just makes sense so you'll be feeling like staying in a home instead of a hostel. Friendly and very helpful staffs to ease you through your stay and travel around the area.

The owner has a good energy and very respectful I guess to all kind of guest either you like to stay quiet or being friendly. I could see his good care for the comfort in every corner. I enjoyed his expression and I respect his transparency. Cool owner. Thank you for all kindness and openness.

Everything was so great. The host was the best I've ever met and the room was super cozy to stay. 지금까지 가봤던 어떤 숙소보다 직원이 친절하고 사려깊었으며 모든것이 청결하고 정갈해서 정말 편안하게 묵었습니다. 다른 호텔에서는 히터바람에 숨막혀서 잠도 제대로 못자는데 이곳에서는 밤새 완벽한 잠을 청할 수 있었습니다. 시라하마에서 하루 더 묵었다면 분명 이곳에 있었을겁니다.

신구에 자리한 くまの蔵inn Warehouse에서는 무료 자전거, 무료 전용 주차장, 정원 등을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 숙소는 Kamikura Shrine에서 13분 거리에 있습니다. Host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He searched and found information for us and even offered to help us make reservations for activities. We stayed here during the winter, but the place was warm and comfortable. It had everything we needed plus free condiments. We would love to stay here again!
