We stayed only one night but we had a great experience at Stone Barn. Karin was a great host who gave us a warm welcome. Our room had everything we needed and the bathroom was very spacious and very clean. Soft towels and also bathrobes were present. Best of all was the breakfast, we could choose from a whole menu and everything was freshly made by Karin's husband Stuart. It was excellent, we ate as much as we could. Would definitely stay there again when given the chance.

It is close to everything in Kinsale. Our room was beautifully laid out and spacious, every little detail had been thought of and the shower was great. Breakfast was very generous with fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt and 3 options of delicious cooked breakfasts on offer. Maeve the lovely host couldn't have been more kind and helpful, on one morning we had to leave early and she offered to make us breakfast to take with us. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this lovely place to stay in Kinsale.

Freda was absolutely lovely. The room felt like home. I would highly recommend Abbey View House to everyone. Upon hearing about our honeymoon, Freda surprised my husband and I with some champagne and chocolates. I fell in love with Youghal!!!

The location is perfect for exploring restaurants and shops- all within easy walking distance to the room. An all around delightful experience.

The room was lovely, spacious with a fantastic view to the sea. Delicious continental breakfast with fresh fruits. We can highly recommend to stay at Margret and Jim's guesthouse, and recommend to spend more than just a night there, if you can.
