Ideally located, on a quiet side street but central and close to many good restaurants and a 24h supermarket. Not much traffic goes through this street so it's peaceful at night. The room was spotlessly clean, with all mod cons and had a lovely balcony (worth paying extra for!) with great views to have your morning tea. Very friendly, helpful and flexible managers: Late check in was no problem, nor was leaving my bag for the afternoon after I checked out. All in all fantastic value for money.

Located in the very center and host is very nice and helpful! He was ready to help with anything and even presented us with a bottle of wine. thanks!

The location of the hotel is just fantastic - only a couple of minutes away from the main attractions and old part of Tbilisi. The host was very nice and friendly. The room had an AC, which worked perfectly fine. A bit overpriced, but still I enjoyed my visit there. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen and a dining area, a kettle and you can make yourself a cup of coffee in the morning.

The room and environment was very clean, amazing breakfast, very nice staff, and situated in the old city, only 3min walk from Liberty square. I would definately come again.

Featuring city views, Vincent provides accommodation with terrace, around 1.7 km from Freedom Square. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. Terrace was nice, AC was strong, bed comfy, and the bathroom was private and very clean! Hosts are very kind people.
