We stayed at the Three Horseshoes over New Year. It is in a perfect location away from the crowds of Burford, set in beautiful countryside. The pub and rooms had just been refurbished. The rooms were really cozy and the food was excellent. We visited lots of pubs in the area and this was definitely the best. The owner and her stuff were wonderful, welcoming and helpful, we would definitely love to come back.

Really nice setting, very rural, very clean and had everything we needed. It was comparable to the cost of a premiere inn or Travelodge but in our opinions so much better quality in terms of facilities and comfort.

The pub is very good. The owner and his son were very friendly and welcoming. The Greek food was delicious and makes a nice change from the standard pub food. Very highly recommended.

Featuring free bikes and views of inner courtyard, Handywater Cottages is a guest house situated in a historic building in Henley on Thames, 24 km from Cliveden House. A very friendly welcome by the owners, who did everything to make our stay absolutely fantastic. Very beautiful cottages that had all facilities you need as well as EV charging. Above all the breakfast must be mentioned, homemade and delicious!
