The owner (Ric) was very kind and helpful. Beautiful house, lovely rooms, very clean, felt safe, and instructions were very easy to follow. Mimi (the cat) is very gentle and sweet. She only has access to the kitchen and outside, unless you let her in to the rest of the house. Naturally, we loved her so we let her roam freely through the house (when there were no other guests around) and she even spent one of the nights with us! Honestly such a great stay and would so easily recommend and go back. For breakfast, you're a 3 minute walk from Proof Social Bakehouse (pricey but AMAZING pastries, check opening times on google maps), and 5 minutes to the bus stop to go to Abingdon or Oxford (about 15mins to get to either). We stayed at the Three Horseshoes over New Year. It is in a perfect location away from the crowds of Burford, set in beautiful countryside. The pub and rooms had just been refurbished. The rooms were really cozy and the food was excellent. We visited lots of pubs in the area and this was definitely the best. The owner and her stuff were wonderful, welcoming and helpful, we would definitely love to come back.

Located in Wallingford and only 26 km from University of Oxford, Garden Room provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Really nice setting, very rural, very clean and had everything we needed. It was comparable to the cost of a premiere inn or Travelodge but in our opinions so much better quality in terms of facilities and comfort.

Was one of the most amazing breakfasts we’ve ever had! The stay exceeded all expectations! The staff were lovely. It was super clean and comfy not a bad word to say!

Featuring free bikes and views of inner courtyard, Handywater Cottages is a guest house situated in a historic building in Henley on Thames, 24 km from Cliveden House. A very friendly welcome by the owners, who did everything to make our stay absolutely fantastic. Very beautiful cottages that had all facilities you need as well as EV charging. Above all the breakfast must be mentioned, homemade and delicious!
