Less than 3 miles from the historic centre of Canterbury, this luxury B&B enjoys a rural setting within its own oak woodland. Great location for exploring Canterbury. The host was very welcoming and helped us to where we should eat. We had a lovely full English breakfast.

Everything, we had the room facing the garden so it was nice and quiet. Thr room was spotless, lovely crisp bedding, thick fluffy towels. There was tea, coffee pods, snacks and fresh milk in a compact fridge, perfect for cooling a bottle of wine. The hosts were really friendly. The location was great, just 1 minute walk to beach and Deal castle. We travel a lot and this was one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in.

Superb place to stay! Right on the high street with loads of restaurants and cafes within a few mins walking distance, some which you get discounts at as a guest! Super friendly and hard working host, Jamie couldn't do enough to be helpful. Gorgeous suite with great views from all THREE windows, very comfortable bed, super clean in every single part of the place. Amazing artefacts to look at for the history buff such as an original telegraph machine! Generous selection of teas, coffee and biscuits. Could not recommend this place more!
