Heathergrae Guest House was easy to find. It was in a quiet neighbourhood and within east walking distance to the village. It was also with in a short driving distance to the Sky bridge and Plockton.

Located in Braes on the Isle of Skye, Balmoral Skye offers accommodation with sea views as well as mountain and garden views. Location - we were 10 minutes from Portree and our spacious room overlooked the ocean. Loved the little extras in the room. Comfortable bed. Great hosts.

This guest house features a garden. i loved everything about the stay. you know it was a good vacation when you feel super sad to go back to your normal life haha! The host was wonderful and gave us loads of helpful suggestions about the places to visit. She helped us with some amazing breakfast even though we hadn't booked it in advance. Thank you so much! Exceptional family-owned accommodation, with the attention to detail. We loved every minute of our stay here and would like to thank Murdo and Alison for their hospitality, and Scott for the exceptional cuisine - we had a great dinner experience compared to a Michelin-starred restaurant. Next time when we are back to Portree there is no question for us where to stay :)

The place is close to Somerled Square, however it is uphill. Hector was kind enough to pick us up from the bus station. We had a very comfortable stay in our own room. We had our own bathroom. There was a small fridge with food (cheese, ham, juice, milk, yogurt), and there were more food outside (bread, porridge, spread, etc) which we greatly appreciated. The place was very clean. Hector and Julie were very nice and always available to help.

Set 13 km from Portree, just 41 km from Talisker Distillery, Seal Cottage offers beachfront accommodation with a garden, a private beach area, a terrace and free WiFi. It was a beautiful spot near the beach. The owner left cereal, milk, and other amenities for breakfast. There was also nice little touches from the owner in the cottage that made it feel homey. The bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.
