This is always my 1st choice when booking. Private secure entry system and everything you need for an overnight. Fantastic cafe right across the road called puffers always worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. Beach is a short walk along the stunning harbour and really close by to the shopping centre, railway station and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from.

Situated just 45 minutes’ drive from Glasgow, this villa is a bed and breakfast and provides free WiFi. Hosts went out of their way to accommodate our unavoidable, late arrival time, even providing a freshly baked sweet because we would miss dinner. The rooms were clean and well-appointed; breakfast was great. Traffic noise was a little noticeable, but did not detract from the stay at all. Short walk to the beach.

James is a wonderful host. His guest house is exceptional in spaciousness, comfort and cleanliness. The bed was very very comfortable which unfortunately differentiated it from many others we have slept in.

Beechwood En-suite Rooms is ideally located between both the towns of Ayr and Prestwick, and is just an 8 minutes’ drive from Prestwick Airport. Breakfast was excellent and the bed was comfortable.
