When you’ve walked from Palas de Rei the location of this place is perfect as it’s on the way into the town. A lovely welcome from Gema, thank you. Mr Luis is a gentleman. He cleaned my shoes for me when I arrived and gave me newspaper to stuff into them to help dry them. He speaks no English but manages to communicate anyway. The room was perfect; warm and dry with a hot shower. We had evening meal in the Pensión next door, where we were also able to dry our clothes for €3.

I was very glad I did! The room was very spacious, clean and warm when I arrived and there was plenty of hot water and a decent sized shower!

Monica is an amazing host! she provide delicious breakfast (and the cake!!!!) she helped us for our Camino trail and she answer our all silly questions and explains every detail. very good start for camino! see you next time!
