This family-run guest house is quietly situated in Stadt Wehlen in the heart of the Saxon Switzerland National Park, directly below the world-famous Bastei rock formation. Location is quite and picturesque with convenient connections to everyone. Kitchen in the room is fully equipped with nice selection of cutlery and dishes. Breakfast is good with wide variety of cheese, spreads, breads, tee and delicious jams of crazy flavors. Also chairs in the breakfast hall are comfy provoking to sit and stare in the windows. Bed in the room is amazing, I haven't slept that good for ages! Compared to other hotels nearby parking facilities seem to be outstanding.

She loaned me an iron when my buisiness shirt was looking terrible, and even packed me a lunch for my early morning departure. The guest house is in the county side and has an incredible view of Markneukirchen. Very quiet. I wish my wife were with me since this would have been a super romantic get away.

Our stay at the Pension was a pleasure and the owner was great - really nice and helpful. and at night you can listen to the sound of the river flowing right behind the Pension - awesome experience.

The pension is new and all the facilities and mattresses etc are too.
