Exceeding Expectations :) - this place is perfectly OK, you don't have to say "well, we're in Czechia so we have to lower our expectations a bit" - no unpleasant surprise, everything works as it should. Pleasant people, clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, good beds even for demanding people, cute well equipped kitchenette, the heating was on and easily controlled via remote thermostat. Enjoyed slacking at the balcony. Asked for check-in late in the evening and it wasn't problem.
