The hotel is beautifully maintained, room was very clean. The owner was very helpful and concerned, he upgraded us to a bigger room without extra charge due to the slow season, and helped arranging our trip for visiting the historical site, where we had a wonderful time. I would recommend the Lotus Place to my friends! 👍

The property was located conveniently for the historic centre and the host was amazing! She was able to help us organise a moped (recommended over a push bike as the historic site is huge!). The food served was delicious and the room comfortable.

The owner is so kind and welcoming it makes the stay perfect and worth it. He made all efforts to make us comfortable, made breakfast with fresh fruit and offered us his bikes for free. Such an amazing person.

My room was big, bright, clean, comfortable, and freshly painted. The AC, wifi, and hot shower all worked great. And there was a fridge in the room too, a real plus. It's practically next door to the bus station, and an easy walk into town. There's public transport 3 times a day from the station to the historical site for 30B, or you can easily get a tuktuk. It's a good value and I would certainly stay here again.

La amabilidad de la señora. Llegamos tarde, a las 02 de la madrugada, porque el bus que nos traía de Chiang Mai tuvo un accidente. Nos abrió la puerta y nos tenía todo preparado pese a cerrar a las 00h. Con los nervios olvidé mi mochila en el bus y al día siguiente cuando me di cuenta la señora fue quien llamó a la compañía para conseguir recuperarla. Le costó más de una hora al teléfono y más de 5 llamadas. Nos guardaron las cosas y nos permitieron dar una ducha antes de contactar un coche para nosotros hasta el aeropuerto.
