Loved the seaviews, balcony and clean, bright rooms. Good location with great restaurants and the night market within walking distance. The manager was very helpful and accommodated an earlier check-in. ☺️

Excellent location - only a short walk to the beach. really good massage places close by, shops and supermarket. My room was very spacious with a lovely balcony. I really liked having a fridge and a kettle. The wifi was excellent and my room was serviced daily. I love that there is no fuss, it’s so easy to come and go.

Good location, around 2km far from Hua hin beach. Spacious room with balcony, equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay. The internet is fast so, you can work online easily directly from your room. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, they serve very nice meals and drinks. The staff is very nice and friendly. Highly recommend! We will come back next year for sure.

Location was fantastic! Walking distance to the beach, to the train station, English bookstore just around the corner, plenty of nice restaurants and cafes. Awesome! There is no A/C which didn’t bother me - I prefer fans anyway. And the mattress is on the harder side.

Fantastic guest house, located 20 minutes walk from the beach, or 5 minutes driving. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. The staff are very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I really felt at home :) I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Hua Hin.
